help dating this lilli ann jacket

I own this wonderful Lilli Ann jacket, and I was wondering:

- How old is this jacket?
- What kind of fabric is used?

It is a nice peplum jacket
Fully lined
It has the ILGWU tag
It closes with fabric buttons, and a hook and eye at the waist

That ILGWU label dates it to between 1974-1995. I think perhaps 80s? Or maybe the 90s. Does it have shoulder pads?

The fabric could be a wool crepe.

It does have something that looks like they have been shoulder pads...

I agree, 1980s and crepe. It should have a fabric content label, though this might have been in the matching skirt.

That ILGWU label (redwhiteblue) was used from 1974-1995. The peplum style was popular in the 80s.
