Help dating this Stella USA black lace jacket?

Hello, recently picked this jacket up from a thrift store and I love it so much. I'm really intrigued to figure out when it's from. The only label is the brand "Stella USA," no material or care label. The zipper is nylon and no company name on the metal pull. Is anyone familiar with this brand? Can anyone tell when this was made? Thank you : )
