Help dating this unusual skirt?

I just fell in love with this skirt.. so unusual!

But.. I know nothing about it. I love the way those little flowers are 3D. Any ideas on date? Keywords? Still not sure if I'm putting this on my website or fast tracking it to Ebay while the iron is hot... suggestions?

Is that a combo - embroidery on the leaves and crochet on the flowers?

If it were me, I would be nervous about describing it throughly enough with the right magic title to put it on ebay as it is really truly unique. Its one of those cases where you don't want to list what every other person has, but if it is so unique, no one would no to be searching for it.

I would wait for another opinion though.
 
Very cute skirt! I think it's adorable.

I'm no help on the date. Maybe 70s? That's a complete guess, though. Does it seem older in person?

I don't have any idea on dates but I would say that is definitely a boho peasant looking skirt. Would look great with a jean jacket.
 
70's could be about right...although it doesn't look like anything else from the 70's. The smocked elastic at the waist tells me that it's not current... the interior seams are straight stitched... the side seam is straight stitched and is only secured because of the selvage.
Might be handmade... I mean.. how would you mass produce something like this?
Maybe a tourist item?

I would prefer to put it on my website... but with the seasonal buying for this type of lightweight item drawing to a close... and the fact that I need quick cash... I dunno...
I don't want it to get LOST on ebay, though!
