Help dating this vintage eel skin purse

Hi everyone! I have this vintage Eel skin leather shoulder bag I'm trying to date. I'm personally leaning towards the 1980s but I'm honestly not sure. It has a magnetic snap clasp closure, it specifies "Made in Korea" and the interior lining it is a rigid textile with diamondite embossing. Any opinions are appreciated, thank you!

The magnetic closures didn't come up before the 70s or 80s - I'm not quite sure now. I'd personally say 80s too.
