Help dating two winter coats/cloaks part two

And here is the second coat. Some type of ethnic or hippie looking coat. Camel colored wool with cream and dark brown chain stitched embroidered designs, and the wild, autumn colored lining. Only one tag, which has only seemingly random numbers on it. Label feels old, like 60's/70's.

Just realized I don't have a pic of the label on my camara, I will add one when I get a chance.
