Help Dating Vintage Dress and Coat Set - 60's or 80's?

Hi everyone! I'm having trouble with this outfit. At first the outfit appeared to be 60's to me, but then after some chatting with an aunt, we decided it was 80's. The tag is for the most part ripped off except the jacket has "Lot Size 14" and the label on both the dress and the jacket is in the picture. There are no shoulder pads in the dress, just in the jacket, and I know shoulder pads were sometimes in jackets in the 60's. Any help is appreciated, its driving me crazy.

I forgot to mention there's similar jackets and dresses by Henry Lee on Etsy, with the same label. Most claim they're 60's, although some say 80's and one even says "60's or 80's"
 
are there signs of shoulder pads being removed from the dress? and can you show a close up of the zip, and any other labels the two pieces may have?

& There wasn't ever any shoulder pads in the dress.

There are three labels total, the one in the original post is on the dress and these next two are on the jacket.

I can't see the first photos, but the zipper looks later, rather than earlier....but that is not the end all be all. I'd have to see a photo of the actual dress, which is not showing at the moment.

Here is one from the early 70's or very late 60's and the tag is different

Based on this, I'd say your dress is 70's or later...but I can't tell how much later until those first photos come up.
 
Sorry, I'm unfamiliar with your name but I don't believe that's true. I can't be sure, because like I said I'm learning everyday but I believe I've come across quite a few vintage garments before the 1970's that had "Lot Size _". If I'm wrong, I'd love to be corrected though!

One 1960 ad I found was for a dress by Heury-Lee (not Henry-Lee) and in a quick look I found a no ad later than the 1960 ad for a Heury-Lee dress. I will continue to dig, to see about how long they were in business.

[EDITED: Well, I guess the 1960 ad was from someone besides me who thought the signature looked like Heury, but a look up in the RN & WPL Encyclopedia shows that it is clearly Henry-Lee & Co]
