Help Dating Vintage Dress "Wilson"

The dress looks mid-to-late 1960s, although it's hard to tell if it is a repro of that era from a later time. Industria Peruana means Peruvian Industry.
Very cute, jumper style. I agree with Maggie on the 60s, the label looks original to me. I am wondering though if it originally may have had bell bottom pants to match, as the cut looks more "vest" like to me than a jumper dress. Can't be sure, just a thought.
