Help Dating Vintage Hat

I'm having trouble dating this hat. It is felt and has a round shape. There are sequins, beads, and feathers on it. Thanks!

I'm not an expert but that looks to be 1980s - the shape, the color, the sequin embellishments & feathers all feel very 80s. Love the color!
 
I agree the color is great. The hat could be anywhere from the very late 1980s to the present time. Having worked as a hat buyer for a few years back in the early 90s, I would place it just about that time, say 1990 to 1995. It resembles a number of hats popular back then. The color was also popular for hats at that same time, as were sequin appliques.
 
Oops I meant to say it's wool felt and has a WPL #4384. It also has a Woolmark and Made in USA stamp. No other tags. I just want to make sure it's truly vintage before I list it in my shop.
