Help dating western shirt

Hey everyone! I’m pretty sure this shirt is 70s. But i sometimes have trouble differentiating between eras when it comes to western shirts. Any help is appreciated :)

This looks like a 90s Square Dancing shirt, likely worn with an exact match skirt, big crinoline, cute cowgirl boots, neck scarf and possibly a hat. The fabric looks shiny, am I seeing that correctly? I am looking at the fringe placement and styling of the rhinestones to determine square dancing vs. Western. But, a Rodeo queen could easily pull off this bold look!
