Help Dating Wool Jacket - circa 1920s 30s?

Hi all!
I am consigning a few pieces for an older woman who said her mother wore this jacket and matching scarf set in the 1930s. The label is "Rugby's Product Flannocrat". I found Rugby Knitting Mill and Flannocrat Mfg. in some newspaper ads dating back to 1926. Could this be from the late 1920s? There is a metal talon zipper which I also have close-ups of. I appreciate any help, thank you!
Brooke

I meant to add that I bet these had matching pants that either went below the knee or to the ankle with the same elasticized banding. Looks like it would have been for cross country skiing.
Actually you are right! She was hoping to find the pants that went with it, but hasn't had any luck. There is a photo too, so I hope she can track it down. Thanks everyone!

Yes, the colour scheme was very popular in the '30s! It was revived to even greater popularity in the early '70s when other '30s styles came back into fashion. I'm sure that I'm not the only one who immediately saw '30s because of the distinctive colours.

I was looking through my catalogs and happened to see these jacket and pants ski outfits from 1936. The style is not exact, still similar especially the pocket placement, but what I also noticed that was really close in appearance was the zipper pull so I thought I would show you.
