It looks antique to me, 1910 -1920 ish sounds about right. The top crochet yoke is hand made and these crochet yokes were hugely popular for home crafts. Once completed, the yokes would be sewn up into a camisole, corset cover or nightgown. I often run across just the yokes, still waiting to be "married".
