help determining date on 'pottery' dress

this one can be worked out from the RN search facility, but needs someone more experienced at it than me! I got as far as finding out the code for a vase not containing anything was 19.07.19 which needed to be entered into the freeform search with the text and some other code...and then I lost it. :D The U.S. one is far more complicated than the UK site...

Eventually you should be able to see when the label design was granted as a registered trademark.
