Help! How do I display pants?

I found the most amazing bustier, jumper, harem pants with train Scott McClintock dress/pants thingy. I have no other way to describe it LOL. I do not have a mannequin and no one small enough to fit a size 5. Any ideas on how to display it for photos?
 
First idea off the top of my head - can you stuff a pair of tights?
 
I'm in uncharted territory here too.

I'd probably start with plastic bags. In my minds eye, they seem softer and less prone to unsightly bulges. I don't think the results will come close to human curves, but hopefully under the pants, can give an idea re: design/style features.
