Help ID this Shanghai label and decade handstiched sweater

Hello! I picked up this beautiful wool sweater and the label and stitching look vintage but I can’t find any info. I used Google translate to see that the Chinese words on the label say Butterfly and I believe the label script is Hudie. Any ideas? Is it vintage?
