Help identify age of holdall

Hi anyone have any ideas of age of this holdall.....the material is a faux brushed suedey effect...if you get my drift

It looks quite modern to me, the ball chain style tag in particular to my eye. Can you add some photos of the inside, lining, labels pockets etc?
