Help Identify Doc Martens Model Name

Hello! I have this pair of Doc Martens that I purchased around 15 or so years ago from a shop in NYC that was going out of business.
A friend recently asked what their model name was so she could purchase a pair. I have searched Google but haven’t found an answer. I am hoping that someone here could help me with the model name based on the model number and other photos I share below. Note: they originally cane with black shoelaces.

Back in the day, we just called them however many holes they had for laces (ten holes etc) but they seem to have proper names now, or maybe they always did and we just didn't know better?

These have side zippers but look similar.
