Really cool pants need tag identified.

It looks like someone sewed over it... has it been altered? Can you tell us what it says on it - can you read it? Please also post photos of the whole garment.

Someone did sew over it, the pants are very nicely made its woven i can't read what it says at all.

If you do a search for College Town, the labels match.
They may be late 60s 70s. It is hard to tall from the photo.
