Help identifying a 1930s detective novel

I know this is a strange request, but I figure it's worth a try!

I read a novel a few years ago, but I can't remember the exact title or author. It was set in the 1930s in London and featured a female amateur detective (who was engaged to a police inspector if I remember correctly). It was all about a murder in the Natural History Museum.

It was a great read and I'd love to read more of the series, but I can't find the name of the book no matter how much I search. If anyone can help me find out I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!
