Help identifying a dress

Hi, I have this dress that I think is from the 60's. It has a front long zipper that is covered, metal zipper, lining sown onto the other fabric with a ziczac handstich, and other general hints. (I could be wrong, I'm still learning)

BUT... The fabric has this repeating word that I can't identify. The dress has no labels what so ever. Please do tell what you think!

Great dress.

The zip is manufactured by LAMPO, Italian, they were originally a button maker, 1880s, started making zips, WW2, screwed things up for the company a bit but from the early 1950s were rolling out zips, I have a few of theirs in my zip odds and sods box.

They still exist I think, the zip in your photo is original to the dress so 70s I think is bang on for the dress era.

Thank you so much for your answers!
I love this dress so much that I've decided to keep it for myself.
My boyfriend has a vintage shirt with a similar print and he begged me to keep the dress so we could match! :clapping:
