Help identifying a label?

Hi! I purchased this gorgeous coat at Held Over on Haight Street in San Francisco. I think it's bespoke- this is the only label I can find, and it doesn't look like any label I've seen from a major clothing manufacturer.
Does anyone have any information on this label? It appears to say "B Hara R."
Also: how can one tell if a garment is custom-made?

Hi, That looks like a monogram which would have been the owner's initials and part of their name.

Okay- I sort of suspected that. It's a gorgeous coat.
