Help Identifying Age of Belt and Purse 20's??

I purchased this belt with matching purse a long time ago in an antique and vintage clothing shop.
I am trying to date it and would appreciate any help.
I know it is old as the stones appear old.
It is missing most of the pink stones on the belt, but blue stones are intact.
The purse is missing a drawstring top closure.

I think the gold ribbon underneath may be older but that they parts were put together in the 1960s perhaps. The buckle might also be older but we'd need to see the back as well to identify it.
It reminds me of a 1960's skirt I have with similar horizontally applied trims.
