Help identifying age of blouse?

Hi all,
I found this handmade blouse in an Emmaus in France yesterday. I thought this would be the right place to ask if anyone has any idea how old this piece is. I’ve determined it has real pearl buttons and there are no labels. I am just not sure at all of the age of the garment. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

I’m afraid I’ve no idea to dating. As far as I can guess sometime between 1910 and 1970’s. Hopefully someone wiser will come along soon.
