Help Identifying Dior Label

Any ideas on what year this blouse may have been produced? I'm very new at this... I found this beautiful pastel top at a thrift store in North Carolina. I would love to know its story, even if it isn't an exciting one. I have attached an image of the blouse and tag.

Does it have shoulder pads? If so, can you please show us a pic so we can see the size and type? It looks '80s but I can't decide between early or late.
