Help Identifying Dress

Hi,
Has anyone seen a dress like this before? Unfortunately, there is no designer or brand label. Just a blank order number and makers label. There is a reference number sewn in.
The care label is in English and French.
I'd guess it's 70s-80s given that its Polyester and the seams are serged but if anyone has seen something similar, I'd love to know!

Many thanks

Can we see close-up photos of the labels and any writing on them, please?
What type of zipper does it have? Can we see close-up photos of that and the zipper pull, too?

It's very pretty and has lovely drape!

Thanks for replying, here's some pictures of the labels and the zip.
The zip is metal and sewn into the side seam.
Thank you, I think it's wonderful regardless of its age or brand.

The zip is metal and sewn into the side seam.

Thank you for adding such well done close up photos!
Just to clarify... The zipper pull looks like metal but the zip itself (the zipper teeth) do not?
When we talk about a "metal zipper" in the world of vintage clothing, we are generally referring to the teeth of the zipper.
That sewn in number label looks after-market... perhaps a stock number for a local theatre company?

I love that dress, it has great drape that great soft "pleating" on the bodice. Lovely color, too, almost a periwinkle blue. I am not seeing anything in this dress as particularly 1970s, not that it could not be. Maybe late 70s. Not sure why but I just feel it is later, more 80s or even 90s. The fact that it is polyester is not really much of a clue as they still make evening dresses of poly today, especially those softer chiffon fabrics.

It reminds me somewhat of a Ralph Rucci design. Although it is not a Rucci it has some of his design elements. If it fit me and I was 20 years younger I would wear that in a heartbeat.
