Help identifying era of cape

Hi all I received this vintage cape but it has no tags so I assume it’s handmade. It has three metal hooks that clasp together in the front. It’s made of a velvety material. Does anyone know based off the look or design what era it might be from?

I don't think it's old old - maybe made for theatre or carollers? 1960s? not older.

I agree that it is not all that old. Both of the fabrics look like contemporary upholstery fabrics. Its pretty!
