Help Identifying era of Thomas & Thomas shirt

There is 2 small tags on the inside seem one says 100% Rayon and the other says Dry Clean Only

A photo of the shirt and the main label is attached. I think it is late 70's or early 80's. I would like to narrow it down to a specific decade. Thanks for all your help in advance ( I have found Nothing ) There is no RN and a TM search turns up nothing for me.

I think you're safely into the 80s with this, judging by the rayon fabrication, the "Italian Pageantry" subject matter of the print, and the boxy style.
Print seems to reference the Palio di Siena, perhaps.

I'd say it is from around the same time frame as this jacket, which has a print theme more or less along the similar lines:

Thanks both of you, I stole the "Italian Pageantry" phrase, because it just seemed to flow so well with the description.
