Help identifying half of a label

Hi there, I've got an evening gown from the 60s-early 70s. It's a knit-type fabric with rhinestones across the top set in plastic casings. The dress has half of a label. I bet I've looked at 100 labels at least and still can't identify who the manufacturer might be. Does the little star above the name ring a bell for anyone? Thanks for your help!
