help identifying knit & fur

any help identifying this fur would be much appreciated. also, this coat feels like wool? any idea what this pattern / material would be called? thanks so much!

Nice coat.

I’m sure our fur expert will weigh in but it looks like fox to me. I would call the fabric a novelty tweed. The black stripes in the weave are like a boucle. Looking forward to what others think.

Beautiful coat and I agree with Deborah’s response. The fur is fox.
