Help identifying label/brand/date

Hello,

I have found a long kind of top at a vintage sale, and I was wondering if anyone knew more about its brand, which seems to be "Blitz". It has thin foam shoulder pads, so I imagine it may be from the 80s. The label reads "100% viscose/rayon, made in Italy". The fabric is light and the seams are serged. I included pictures, it's embroidered with small pearls and the buttons have a pearl effect.

yes early 80s, New Romantic style

The label MAY be influenced by the Club Blitz the late 70s early 80s, the London New Romantic/Avant Garde club. Blitz kids like Boy George, John Galliano, Steve Strange and a ton of others came out of this art school/club scene, it's fascinating! And the fashion is fantastic ;)
