Help identifying maker of 70s blouse

I have this 70s peplum blouse with fab sleeves, which reminds me a lot of Biba. It is of a good quality with a heavy yet soft material.
The only label is a gold fabric care one, reading ‘This garment should be hand washed’, which I’m sure I’ve seen before but can’t remember to which brand.
Any ideas?
