I think these are mid-late70s and probably a store chain brand like a Florsheim's though they frequently stamped their name on the interior near the size.

Thank you very much. There are no signs of wear the sole looked current and they look like boots that are manufactured now but the printing on the inside and the zipper looked very vintage. Thank you again
