Help Identifying Possible Vintage Italian Jacket

Hello! I bought this jacket from an online consignment store and I had no idea that it could be vintage until it arrived! I can’t find anything about the brand that is on the tag and there aren’t any care instructions or any other tags on it. The seams are not surged but also don’t have the zig zag cut. Most of the raw seams and have a lining sewn over them.

Any help is greatly appreciated as I hope to learn everything I can about this coat! The detail is absolutely stunning!

Thanks :)

I can't find anything that makes sense unfortunately. There's an Italian knitwear brand called Ferrante, doesn't look like that's yours, and there's a jewelry brand/designer called Pietro Ferrante, and of course there's the author Elena Ferrante, so about every third search result I get is actually for her... plus there seems to be a chef with that family name as well .

My impression is that that kind of treatment with the fabric edges bound with bias tape is a newer thing, but I may be wrong. Maybe someone else here will have a clue...

Also think 80's. The sleeve style and fabric style has that experimental look to it I associate with 80's (Japanese designers in particular).
