Help identifying the signature on this scarf (rainbow "cloud-burst" inspired print)

Hi everyone! I have this scarf, and while the print is beautiful, I'm having a super hard time making out what the signature says!! Has anyone seen a signature like this before? It almost looks like "HEUR G" but nothing came up when I googled that...I'm thinking it is some sort of artist scarf but I sadly don't recognize the motif. It looks like a rainbow cloud-burst to me, really interesting, feels like silk...if anyone has any information/knowledge of this artist/brand, I'm truly appreciate it-thanks in advance!

It appears to be either a form of tie/dip dying or a inks dropped on water, similar to marbling. Maybe you can search for artists using these techniques?
