Help identifying vintage earrings

Hi! My grandad bought these vintage earrings 10+ years ago and asked me to help him find the jeweller that made them. They have a number on the back that could be either 150 or 750 followed by an inscription I can’t decipher. If any of you could please tell me if you recognise the jeweller, house or similar jewellery I’d greatly appreciate it!! The first photos are of the earrings and the last two the best I could get from the inscription. Thank you so much!

So I'm staring at the mark again, and if that is an NA at the end that I'm seeing, then the star with numbers??? (I'm assuming) and letters, within that lengthy hexagon shape would make it the Italian hallmark for Naples, used from 1968 to date.

Hellokittyapplepie hasn't returned though -- so at best, this is guesswork.

Agree... 18k gold, post-1968 Italian hallmarks. I can make out the star on the left and the NA for Napoli/Naples on the original post photo, and the number in the middle is the goldsmith's number, which I can't read but which you need to find out the manufacturer.
