Help me date these dresses & mens shirts please.....

Hello!
I usually don't come across too many things with this age to them. I picked these up at my friends antique shop, she found them in the trunk of an estate she bought out.

All of these shirts have a spot or stain somewhere. What is the age? Should I soak? If so, in what? Are these marketable by the piece or should I group together??

Then I have this white cotton dress. Age? What is the treatment on the collar called. This one has one repair and one unrepaired tear on the back.

This one is so pretty. I believe the fabric is referred to as lawn?? Age on this one?? It is in great condition with just one ruffle needing to be restitched.

Thanks everyone!!!

The band collared shirts would, in my life, go into the machine for a long soak in BIZ or Oxyclean, then a regular wash, taking care to put nothing heavier in the load with them. They are rare in modern neck sizes, anything 15 or over. The WW! vintage white lawn and 1930s figured batiste (?) are handwashable. The white can be BIZed or bleached if necessary; the print washed with just a mild soap. Hang to dry, but keep the print out of the sun; it looks fresh and unfaded. All would then be hand-ironed with a light spray starch for the dresses, heavy for the shirts.

I believe that's the case, but I am not the ultimate fabric expert...fabric names are filed somewhere in the backbrain and I HOPE I'm remembering accurately.
