Help Me Date This Dress!

Hell everyone,

I have this dress and the RN# is 16244, so its probably 1960 or 70's. I was hoping someone could help me narrow it down a bit. Its 100% polyester..theres no manufacturer label..but the belt is stamped W. Germany on the back of the metal. ??

Looks very 70s to me--I think later than earlier. Could almost be termed a "disco" style, but it's not quite, really, but I think they're being called that on eBay.

I have the same dress, without a RN # and the Belt is also marked W. Germany. I tired selling on Ebay but no takers, and my model fell in love with it so I gave it to her. I thought 70's too. heres my photos:

Wow, how funny! I love it. Its a tad too small for me because mine is a 6P and I'm a 7. I have it up on Etsy..so we'll see how it does. Ebay shoppers are so fickle. I get excited and put something up and no one buys. I throw something up there that I'm not crazy about and they love it. Crazy...
