It looks older inside, but seems so new-ish...the rope has metal threads in it...it looks like it's signed HL U.S.A.

Kevin, it does look older inside, but I'm thinking 60s on this. I'm not
a handbag (or shoes) person though, and I'm sure someone will be along to give you a more definitive date soon.
