Help Me Date This Little Black Beaded Bag.

Has little goldtone metal rings for handles. No tag. Black cloth lining.

Is it actually beaded, ie: sewn on or are they those beads that are glued on? Sounds like a weird question but in the late 1970s there were those bags that had the "beads" glued on...
I think because of the handle you are going to be in the 70's anyways... maybe late 60s?

That is so cute! I have seen that shape handle in the 60s as well....but I am sure Michelle is right on with the latter part creeping into the 70s or early 70s. If the beads are stitched or crocheted in, probably on the early end, or like Michelle says, if they are fastened on with adhesive, definitely later.
