Help me give this costume pattern an era!

Hi all, this isn't really about a vintage costume pattern because it's a newer pattern. I'm listing a bunch of Halloween Costume patterns this week and my brain took a vacation on me a few minutes ago.

For the life of me I can't recall the era of these styles of dresses and a bathing costume (I think). I want to say Edwardian but I'm not sure.

Can you girls help me out before I go insane trying to search the web?

Thanks!

I just double checked the back of the envelope and it reads that the "bathing costume" is a Dress, Pantaloons & Sash. Did they really wear dresses like that in that era? I could have sworn that was a big no-no to show off your legs like that!!

This would have been vogue around 1890-1900 and into around 1902.. I believe that type of blouse sleeve is called a bishop's sleeve. And yes, that bathsuit was a Coney Island favorite. The style dates from about 1880s.
Edwardian style was very graceful eith the floating w Lady Winderemere skirt.

I remember reading about Elizabeth Cady Stanton - one of the great American suffrogettes and she suffered ridicule when wearing her bloomin' bloomers. If I'm not mistaken that was in the late 1800s.
