I bought this blouse with a lot of things from the '50, but it doesn't look '50 to me. It has no label. Can you help me, please?

It's 50's or very early 60's. Did you see "Good Night and Good Luck"? All the secretarys in the newsroom wear these little blouses with skirts and sweaters.
