Help Needed on 30\'s Shabby Chic fabric dress

Hi everyone....I would call this material "shabby chic" wouldn't you?

I am stumped as to what to call the sleeves on this 30's dress. First, here's the dress:

And here is a closeup of the sleeves:

One more question: Would you call it a trumpet skirt? Oh, and here's the label:

Thanks so very much in advance........Gail

I'm terrible with keywords as I don't know what's searched (how I ever sell anything on ebay is a miracle!) but I would use both bell and trumpet in the description just to be sure.

As for the sleeves, they do that reallly cool thing where they puff out when on don't they? I'd get puffed sleeves in there too as that IS searched at the moment, I'm sure (or maybe puff sleeves? Told you I was bad with keywords...)

it's another form of a puffed sleeve.......

I like that "floral Stripe" description-will have to go back and use that on a couple of my things that I have.......

I just checked a 1934 Chicago Mail Order catalog; similar sleeves were called boxy or puffed. The skirt style was referred to as swing line.
