Lizzie, the first word looks like "Pere" and the second seems to start with "Boua" or "Bona" but I can't get further than that, sorry. The "u" could be an upside down "n".
It amazes me when designers make their label/logo illegible. Don't they want people to be able to read it, so they can ask for it? Seems like poor marketing to me.
The name is almost certainly Italian, since Roma is Rome, and is written in Italian.
