Help needed with dress by designers Oppenheimer & Jane Derby

I have a beautiful dress by Millie Oppenheimer. I found a small ad for one of her dresses from 1952. That's all I can find about her. Does anyone know anything? I believe the ad said she was from Chicago. Here is the dress.....would you say 50s or 60s?

Update - I found another label in the dress - from Jane Derby. There is more info. on her out there. Which of the two would have been the main designer? Here's the new label...

Think Jane Derby is the designer. Maybe Oppenheimer is the store or boutique?

Weird how the font of the Oppenheimer label looks so new/current - well to me anyway

Yup, Jane Derby is the designer (New York based 7th ave. high end RTW) and Oppenheimer is the shop. The dress looks c. 1960 to me. Oscar de la Renta took over Jane Derby in about 1967 I think it was (check the label resource).
