Help Please: Vintage Silk 2 Piece No Label

Found this set in my mother's collection. Silk jersey. No identifying signature in pattern. Only label is size 42. The main label is missing. It's an interesting design. Keyhole tie at neck on top. Elasticized skirt has side slits and the pockets are pulled together by ties. Thoughts?

I had a dress in the late '80s with this exact print, but the silhouette is not of that time. It's a tricky one to date, however the lack of a seam allowance, where the seams haven't been sewn per se with a sewing machine but just overlocked suggest it's fairly modern: no earlier than 1990s but I'm inclined to go with 2000s. Even most '90s dresses offered more of a seam allowance than this cutie.

My mother stopped collecting in the 199os and most of her collections are 1960-70s so am thinking it's a 70s garment.
