Hi! I need help identifying the year of this lingerie dress. It's from the brand Tosca Lingerie of California (about which I couldn't find any further information). The only thing I could find is that the label used to have an Eiffel Tower and then changed to a flower. I understand that this change is seen in garments from the 70s, but I'm confused about this dress because I can't find similar models in catalogs from the 70s, and the fact that it's so ostentatious confuses me. Perhaps it could be older, which is why I need some guidance :( thanks!

Offhand, the labeling looks no earlier than 1980s/90s to me.
