Help w/shoes... 1930s?

I've been able to find some newspaper advertisements referring to the Davis Shoe Co. with locations in New Castle and Sharon, PA from the late 1920s through the 30s. Could this pretty pair date from then?

I would call the color "champagne".
And they're a larger size, too. Approximately a 9 1/2 narrow US.
