Help wanted confirming Date of late 60s wool coat by Ellen Niemi and terms for style

Good morning to Everyone,
I have this coat that I am pegging into the late 60s....???
Also, I've never seen a pocket like this before and wonder if there is a term for it? Also, the collar is slightly unusual as well...any thoughts? Would the sleeve be a dolman?
