help with “ linetta Greco” skirt

Hi All,

Ive just recorded this patchwork lace skirt!

The only label says linetta Greco - I cannot find any information on this at all! Does is look familiar to anyone? The skirt is wonderful quality and lined in what I believe to be silk!
