Help with 1984 abstract T Shirt - Signature

Hello!

Hoping somebody out there might know what this T Shirt is... signed, 84' - Tie dye - maybe it's home made? Though I'd throw it on here to see if anyone recognizes it. Any insight would be helpful. Thank you!

I started with 84' & the Olympic rings drawn below the message. The 1984 Summer Olympics were held in Los Angeles, California. I would guess Sheila was the owner of the T-shirt, and had it signed by an athlete perhaps? The first name looks like it begins with Y...

Looking at the colours they appear to be the same as those chosen for the Olympic's theme that year, so perhaps this was some sort of souvenir/volunteer gift?

I don't think the t-shirt is tie dye, it looks painted but I think it is probably a print of a hand drawn/painted design. Is the hem thread different colours under the print? Does the writing go through any more than the design?

Could you also show the t-shirt flat to show the whole design please?

I'm not sure the signature completely fits, but Yusuf Alli was a track athlete in those games, he is best known for holding the Nigerian record for the long jump, and remains an athletics coach today.
