I swear I posted this before, but do not recall the response and cannot find it, so here we go again.

Womans wool like suit.. this is totally 60s yes? Is the shirt right for it? Is this an every day suit, or a business suit? Would they wear gloves with this? So I believe this to be 60s but it isnt the usual style for me so I am at a loss. Any comments would be appreciated. I think it is maybe a boucle wool?

Cant find much on these labels. Parisian - Oscar Meis - Danville Ill (I found a wool and mink jacket with this label on etsy) Kermit Bass or Bass Fell?

Any help would be appreciated.

It is early 60s but it was intended for an older women, which at that time meant someone in her 30s and up. The blouse looks 80s to me, and I wouldn't put a long sleeved blouse with the jacket because of the bracelet length sleeves. Would look great with the suit would be a pair of leather elbow length gloves, and a shell top, or even a round neck sweater. The label 'Parisian' is the name of the store in Danville, Ill. and the other label is the name of designer, who I haven't heard of before.

Awesome!

Im going to reshoot it with the suggested additions. I just got a pair of elbow length leather cream gloves, but the model wears an 11 shoe, so that will take a bit to find the right look. Would heels have rounded or pointed toe?

So appreciated. I have a couple of mens suits questions too. Will be posting them in a bit.

Thanks Jonathan

Census records say Oscar Meis was born in France and his draft registration says he was born in Germany. Wherever he was born, it happened in 1890. By 1923 he was in Danville and in business with his brothers at Meis Bros. dry goods store. by 1930 he was recorded as the owner and manager of the Parisian, which sold "ladies' ready-to-wear." Oscar died in 1966 and I saw no reference to the Parisian after that.
